GESCH" (Gesetzlich Geschtzt = Protected by Law) on the inside, the face plate illustrating the White Russian insignia, both shoulders bearing the Orthodox Cross above crossed Cossask sabres (Shashka), the face plate measuring 10 mm (w) x 10. 5 mm (h), the ring itself measuring 23. 7 mm in diameter, intact enamels, extremely fine.
