A Rare Aviation Unit Belt Buckle consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 8 November 1942: Attacked large(Sturmabteilung Fliegereinheiten Grtelschnalle). Constructed of brass, the obverse bearing a raised insignia in the form of a winged propeller overlaid by a central mobile swastika, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor surface tarnishing evident, a scarce buckle in near extremely fine condition.
